Bob was sick. Bob was a lovely, sweet Lhasa Apso mix, 15 years old, blind, and just not doing well. So, Bob's best friend brought him to see us. Even though Bob was not able to understand or see what was happening, the bond between best friends was enough to give Bob the confidence and support he needed to allow us to do our work. Unfortunately, the prognosis was not good. Bob's days were to be few. It was on Bob's birthday that the best friends said good-bye. It was a sad day for Bob's best friend and for the staff here at the clinic. The bond between Bob and his owner was amazing. Bob was well taken care of and well loved. All dogs should have a best friend like Bob's.
